How it all started:
We noticed that none of the South Asian grocery stores are selling fresh local made sweets in Atlanta area. The sweets that are sold in the local stores are all sent here from New York based manufacturers. Due to the time it takes to reach Atlanta from NY, they have to freeze their food then load in a truck. Due to DOT regulations a commercial Truck can't drive straight to Atlanta, it has to take mandatory stops on the way after 8 hours of driving which means, the sweet are are available in the stores are over 3 days old and frozen then thawed.This is the reason we decided to make these sweets much better than those high volume focused sweet factories and make then available Fresh to our greater family and close friends here in Atlanta area. Later on, due to pupular demand and repeated requests we decided to extend the reach of our sweet creations. But we decided to provide you all what we will eat and enjoy with our children, family and friends. Therefore, we use only the best and highest quality ingredients available and prepare our sweets with extreme care. We never use any preservative in our sweets.
Who we are:
We are an Atlanta, GA based, woman owned family business. We still make our food at home with focus to quality and freshness instead of any volume focused factory.
We are sweet lovers:
We love sweet just like any other South Asian family. With a health concious mind, we make our food with medium to low sweet or as they customer requests. We use only the best ingredients locally available. We never use any preservatives and we prepare our food from scratch.
What we offer:
Since our origin is Bangladesh, our food is influenced strongly by Bangladeshi cuisin. But the sweets we make are also identical to sweets widely popular in India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Maldives, Nepal and Bhutan. How we maintain our Standard:
- We use only Best Quality Locally available ingredients.
- No preservatives ever used in any of our products.
- Except for large orders, we prepare our food and hand over fresh and warm to our customers.
- Our Lead Sweet chef decides the recipe for all items to avoid any inconsistency.
